Just people in the comments on my YouTube video/community post and on Rick Worley’s terrible special edition video. “Anomaly Inc” and “ZoetropeGuardian” are incredibly upset at me and the fact that this is happening in general, I’m sure Rick Worley is too. They genuinely can’t accept that it’s actually happening

He would not have posted the 17 minutes worth of clips on the 13th of November if I hadn’t posted them on the 11th, that’s the bottom line. This was a month after the reddit thread happened so it had died down by then

It’s obvious to anybody that Sonny Hale posted all of the leaked shots in higher quality because I’d only posted the non SE shots in a much more compressed form two days earlier. And yes, HelloGreedo clearly made his video because the two of us posted the clips on YouTube which also started another reddit thread. Why is that so hard for you to believe? Hi guys, I’m the one who posted the leaked clips on YouTube a few weeks ago, which got over 50k views. I’m so happy to share this moment with all of you, this is truly a historic day and probably the most important day in Star Wars history. Without sounding egotistical I can confidently say that my video of the leaked clips getting the attention that it did definitely pushed them into announcing this early, which does feel good to have contributed in some way, but either way I’m just so happy to be here with you all and I genuinely still can’t believe that this finally happening. The fact that this is going to genuinely upset some people too is so funny to me, I’m sure some of you might’ve seen people upset at me in the comments of the video, and there will probably be more on my community post, but the bottom line is all versions of the films should’ve always been available, especially the originals, so I’m so happy for everybody who’s ever contributed to this site, and I’m also sad knowing some people never lived to see this day, and it’s a great shame that they’re not here to celebrate.

Let’s all enjoy this moment and let the weight of this monumental day fully sink in, congratulations guys. Dreams do indeed come true.

Sweet, unfortunately I’ll have to re edit his version of the scene back to the theatrical version but ah well. Surely somebody has already upscaled ESB Revisited to 4K and is waiting to do so for ANH Revisited HD

I’ve actually seen his edits and they’re fantastic but do you know if he actually upscaled that scene to true 4K? I assumed he just spliced it in there at 1080p. Also I’d prefer the original dialogue seeing as I want it in 4K80/D+80

Hey I’m just wondering if anybody has upscaled Adywan’s Palpatine scene from his Revisited edit. If not could somebody try to upscale it to 4K using Topaz AI or whatever it’s called. I’d love to splice it into 4K80 or D+80, because in my opinion this was the only real change that Lucas should’ve ever made. I don’t understand why he didn’t just reshoot that scene in 1982 while shooting Jedi, instead he waited decades and gave us fat neck Sidious. Anyway surely somebody’s thought of this before me
