I added MAIN MENU in there because if you don't have one you definitely should. Default-selection PLAY MOVIE, next CHAPTER SELECTION, next AUDIO SETUP, and finally COMMENTARY which takes you to the Commentary menu. And I don't think the text is overused, and the STAR WARS logo I used is indeed a font if a font is needed (SF Distant Galaxy Symbols, the number 8 is the vintage STAR WARS logo, the regular letters are Aurebesh in lowercase and Naboo writing in uppercase. SF Distant Galaxy isn't a particularly good Star Wars font, the best for that is Star Jedi, but the Symbols variation is extremely useful).
Of course, it's your baby, and do with it as you please. Personally (and this is another suggestion, do what you want {as if you wouldn't}) I'd make more "normal" chapter names, but that's just me, everyone else seems to like them. I like chapters without names personally and I don't see the point of chapter inserts.

--edit--
Found what seems to be a .torrent of the director's cut DVD, though I just started it and can't vouch for it's authenticity yet.
<Torrent removed as per new forum rules>
It has three files:
Quote
Files:
pme-thx1138dc.avi
pme-thx1138dc.idx
pme-thx1138dc.rar
If anyone can tell me whether this is real or not, please do. There are 12 seeders and 26 leechers. It should be done (if Azureus is accurate) in 16 hours 14 minutes.
--edit again--
Just watched it, and it is indeed the 2004 Director's Cut. Good movie, but it was extremely...odd...while I've never seen the original, I didn't like the CG freeway car chase and those weird monkeys, but it was done a lot better than the Star Wars SE's.
Info on the file:
[pme-thx1138dc.avi]
Anamorphic 2.35:1 (note that this is true 2.35:1, not 1.78:1 with bars on the top and bottom like the DVD would have), XviD video codec, and GSpot identified the audio as "0x0055(MP3) ID'd as MPEG-1 Layer 3" (it's stereo by the way, not 5.1). Runtime 01:28:28, the video itself is 700 MB.
[pme-thx1138dc.idx]
I dunno what the hell this is, if anyone knows please tell me.
[pme-thx1138dc.rar]
RAR Archive containing the subs. Haven't tried them out yet though.

The only other thing I've heard about CLONE WAR that scares me slightly is Dooku's yellow lightsaber, which - sorry in advance - I find to be incredibly stupid. But I shouldn't judge since I haven't seen it. I know you wanted to make him a less-obviously-Sith character, but taking out everything else you did is good enough, I think, without giving him a ridiculous lightsaber color (again, just my opinion). I'd suggest simply changing the color back to red - IMHO that doesn't instantly make him a Sith, but with the way REVENGE OF THE SITH seems to be going it looks like he's going to have to be anyway. Just my $0.02.

One complaint: how many "Hell's," "Bastards" and "Shits" were you planning on inserting into a Star Wars movie? That one film had more swearing than the entire OT! And all by, of all creatures, Jar Jar! I don't mind the first two as much, but JJ's "Oh shit! Oh shit! Oh shit!" during the Battle of Naboo was a little much for me. Not that I mind swearing, Pulp Fiction and Scarface were fuckin' awesome, but not in a Star Wars movie...
--edit--
Oh, and is your torrent of Clone War going to have the corrected opening crawl? I heard the original (Magnolia's original, that is) spelled a word as "seceed" when it should be "secede" and I also heard he made a new version which corrects this. Is that the one you have or not?

Personally I find the Farsight anamorphics (as I've downloaded them) to be too washed-out when compared to the original anamorphics. And the missing ROTJ subtitles, well, that's just too big a detail to skimp on. Even though in the original anamorphic versions "Bantha" is spelled wrong (as "Banta", without the H) when Jabba mentions Bantha fodder in the subtitles. Can't remember if this is the case on the Farsight versions or not.

If anyone can get me a TRUE textless JEDI poster, where I don't have to erase Carrie Fisher's midriff and (what appears of) her hips to replace the text, I'd be VERY grateful.

EDIT...
It seems only SBC Yahoo, BT Yahoo, Rogers Yahoo (all broadband internet services offered by YH), and Yahoo Plus (looking into that) users can download photos, so it appears I'll have to sign up for Yahoo Plus which I don't want to do as it costs $$$....and to get the free trial you need to enter credit card #, which I do not have access to....so it looks like I'm #$!@ed right now...unless I can figure out a way to get them out to people...or you want a 480x322 pixel version of an originally 3240x2175 pixel image (or something like that). Hehe.

And if someone had an original film print and could restore, digitize, and burn it I'd say forget about using the DVD at all and just use that original print. I didn't want pay money for a bootleg set ripped from a laserdisc or something like that because I figured there are so many different versions how the hell am I gonna pick one without risking a serious waste of $$$, so I downloaded the anamorphic set. But if a set was made from original film prints of all three original movies (preferably the 35mm re-release run 1981 Star Wars print, the 35mm original-run Empire print, and the 1983 original-run Jedi print) I would gladly shell out whatever is needed. And if there was a 1977 original-run Star Wars print that would be nice to have as an alternate, but I'd rather have the 81 A NEW HOPE print to better fit with the other three, not to mention it would be easier to find probably. God would that be an awesome day.

IF ANYONE WANTS THEM:
EMPIRE without the Star Wars logo added (found earlier in the thread somewhere)
JEDI without the Star Wars logo added (old font)
JEDI with new font and without the STAR WARS logo added
I don't have a new-font JEDI with the SW logo, but I could make one if it is desired.
Oh yeah, linkage...hehe....here. Enjoy.
