I think I’m with most others on the Canto Bight stuff. I’ve only seen TLJ once, but those scenes just feel like a different movie to me and they were a bit of a bore.
According to this, the TLJ blu ray will be out on 18th April:-

It seems that Rian Johnson has done commentaries so I hope TLJ has one. I’d like to hear some of his thoughts on his plot decisions.
I’m not sure how I feel about that Leia floating in space scene.
I’ve only seen Rogue One twice and I enjoyed it more the 2nd time. I didn’t mind the rather slow first act and its exposition during my second viewing.
I’m glad EA is receiving this amount of ridicule although these problems extend beyond EA in scope. Microtransactions, lootboxes are a cancer to video games.
I sense some misdirection in that trailer
JOHN POWELL TO SCORE UNTITLED HAN SOLO MOVIE
Composer John Powell, who may be best known for his memorable soundtracks to the Matt Damon Bourne series, Shrek, Kung Fu Panda (1 and 2), and How to Train Your Dragon (1 and 2), will be lifting the baton to score the upcoming young Han Solo movie, due in theaters next year.
Powell, a London native, has written music for dozens of films since moving to the US in 1997, earning an Academy Award nomination for his stirring score to How to Train Your Dragon. Powell is only the third composer to be welcomed into the exclusive family of Star Wars live-action music writers, which includes the legendary John Williams (the eight Skywalker saga movies) and Michael Giacchino, who scored last December’s Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The untitled Han Solo movie will be scored in the style of the original Star Wars movies but retain Powell’s distinctive voice.
The untitled young Han Solo movie, which is being directed by Ron Howard, will be released on May 25, 2018.
I have full faith in Powell. His score for How to Train Your Dragon is sensational.
I don’t find Rogue One boring like some do. It takes a lot for me to get bored from watching a film. I haven’t watched the PT in 7-8 years so I can’t make an accurate ranking with them. I’ve been thinking of watching fanedits of them though just out of curiosity.
I’m more intrigued by that poster than I am the teaser.
This movie is already DOA with Emilia Clarke in it
Fan film this, fan film that. I’m pretentious this, I’m pretentious that.
So was Rogue Group established by the Alliance in honor of the members of Rogue One?
This isn’t exactly and in-depth summary of my thoughts, but I did like Rogue One. I had heard already that the first act was a little “slow” or disjointed, but despite that I really started to like RO following the demonstration of the Death Star on Jedha. The battle on and above Scarif in the last act has some of the most intense and energetic action that SW has had. That exceeded my expectations.
Will be seeing this tomorrow hopefully. There’s a snow storm where I am so I can’t make it today.
Eh looks like it could be alright
Reading these recent updates has been a thrill! I wish you the best of luck Mike!
Downloading right now!
Finally got around to downloading v2.0!
Luuke
Luuuke
Luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuke
Just finished downloading it and cannot wait to watch it. Thank you so much to all involved!
I’ve never even seen Harmy’s v1.0 of ROTJ so I’m pretty excited to watch 2.0. In fact, I don’t think I’ve even seen v2.0 of ANH and ESB.
I’ve got some catching up to do haha.
So I’ve seen the film only once and there are still some things that are unclear to me. One of them surrounds the “destruction” of the New Republic. Was the ENTIRE New Republic (and their fleets) destroyed?
I liked TFA better than the PT for sure. I have to see it a 2nd time to decide whether I like it more than ROTJ.
