It’s now playing in HD on Rumble, only just noticed… it took almost a month! Was stuck at 480p for ages. Well…it’s playing in 1912 x 804 (might as well call it 720p) to be exact. Not sure why it isn’t 1080p. The HD upscale was 1920 by 1080. Who knows, maybe I was knackered from work and wasn’t paying attention. I rushed it, I know that much.

Yeh man, I’m sure someone else could improve on my AI uprezz. Someone will prob uprezz it to 4k or 8k which would be cool. The rendering times for Topaz AI are horrendous for me. You could definitely improve certain scenes using a different AI model for each one, but I haven’t got the time for that.

Regarding Myspleen Stretch009, are you talking about zombies blade runner fan edit? One of you guys said you were putting the original file or the AI on there that I had, if I remember correctly. Great that it’s getting out there. Would be cool if zombie84 came back and what their thoughts were. Lol if they said “how dare you!” 😃

Are you talking about the master file or the Rumble 480p one? (Which is supposed to be in 1080p).

LOL. How about just watch it and appreciate the fact you can even see it? It’s as good as it gets from a terrible standard definition video upscaled with AI. Sure, someone else could probably make it a little more crisp and sharp but what’s the point? What are you expecting? 4k IMAX with 7.1 surround sound? You realise the AI is filling in details that aren’t there hence the AI defects?

For reference, the AI upscaled version took my computer over 3 hours to render on a RTX 3060 TI card which was on 95% the whole time with my case fans on full blast. Topaz AI is notoriously slow and CPU/GPU hungry.

It is in HD (the master file). I don’t think you are a movie fan at all. As long as the sound is decent, I, personally, am more than happy to watch a 360p quality fan edit no worries because it’s the movie/effort of the creator I want to see, not fretting whether it’s HD/4k or 3D with smell-o-vision.

No offence taken dude, I’m just trying to point out to you there’s only so much you can do with a terrible video in terms of making it look better.

Just to let you know, I have the original AI upscaled file available which is 8GB (large I know). I’ve uploaded it again because it only lasts 2-3days with a free account and I’ve had requests for the AI upscaled master file, but this will be the last time I upload the original file, so please PM me in the next 48 hours if you want the original uncompressed full HD file.

Any dudes who I have already given the master file too, if you could comment here if you’ve made it available to watch, that would be much appreciated. My internet is not very fast so it takes aaaaages to upload and makes everything else slow on the net.

No worries Vultural. I apologise if I gave you guys the wrong dimensions, I was sure I uploaded both rumble and bitchute versions in 1920x1080. I hadn’t slept for 24 hours from working and did it all in a rush.

Just to let you guys know, I decided to buy Topaz Video AI, and have upscaled the fan edit, and the results are fantastic. Very sharp and clear, but with all AI software, there are some slight warping effects on faces and eyes but it’s only minor. Some may find the upscaled version distracting or it sucks, but you guys be the judge of that. Either way, the original version is ready, and this new upscaled AI one will be ready soon. It’s processing on Rumble and the file size was 7GB when I rendered it out, so I had to compress it and the file size is now 3.77GB.

Either way, I hope you guys enjoy seeing this fan edit finally come to life.

It is the original file. If you would like me to send you the original fan edit, please let me know.

I hope zombie84, wherever they are, doesn’t mind I’ve uploaded their hard work, after all, many of you were so interested in it and it would be such a shame to see such effort go to waste. Cheers!
