Sequels that should never be...
Time
Not really considering that the widescreen is what was released in theaters anyway. The full screen never really makes it anywhere, not even on TV. TV networks pan&scan it to their own tastes usually. Hence why watching some movies on TV feels so jerky. So, technically, full screen versions never really existed in the first place. Unless a filmmaker (Kubrick was notorious for it) actually filmed the movie in full screen to begin with.

Don't worry Bossk. He didn't really cut off you arm. Here is what really happend:

*Chaltab drew his light kitana and moved to cut off Bossk's arm. But before he got any where near close to Bossk's arm, Warbler quickdrew the WarbSP(tm) and filled Chaltab full of lead. Chaltab collapsed, dreamed the dream where he cut off Bossk's arm and then Chaltab died.*

Gracias. Again, you have proven your value to our organization.

Hmmm... an interesting prospect indeed. Nintendo as the new Borg...

LET'S LET BOSSK GET HIS NEW MANGLER HANDS DIRTY ON THIS ONE. I'D LIKE TO SEE HOW HE HANDLES CHALTAB.

Indeed, it was his alarm clock that sounded. What he didn't realize was that the engineering department at Mangler Bros, Inc., was testing a prototype robot assassin. Using Bossk's blueprints, the Bot, under Bossk's remote guidance, transformed into a clock and placed itself on Chaltab's nightstand. Upon sounding it's alarm, and Chaltab's attempts to smack the "clock" into submission, the Bot slices its way into Chaltab's bloodstream by slicing through the palm of his hand and inserting an oversized Probe inside his skin. As the Probe travels nearly instantaneously into his brain cavity (by detecting the very weak electromagnetic activity), the remainder of the Bot leaps up onto Chaltab's neck and shoulders and wraps its mechanical tentacles around his body adhering itself almost permanently. A large intravenous needle thrusts itself into the veins of his neck injecting him with a paralyzing mixture that prohibits all body movement but maintains full brain functionality and keeps the patient awake and aware of everything. When the Probe arrives at the brain, it severs all bloodflow and replaces it with an artificial plasma that allows the head to be removed from the body and brought back to Mangler HQ for experimentation and torture. But not before allowing the head to watch as the Bot systematically slices the remainder of the body into progressively smaller pieces.

Why get my hands dirty on a not-so-worthy adversary, eh?

How's that?

I loved the hoverboard chase. I think the thing that kept it from being a re-hash of the skateboard chase (at least in my opinion) is that the movie was making fun of the fact that it was basically the same thing, with Biff watching and saying, "There's something very familiar about all this." The last two movies were all about how crazy you could take the premise of the trilogy and still keep it under control, and somehow it worked, unlike a lot of movies today. In my view, the whole trilogy is classic, even though I will admit that the first one is the best of the bunch, though I do have a soft spot for part two, so you're not the only one Ric.

Yeah, I know. We picked it up for my brother in law for his birthday, but it turns out a friend of his got it for him as well. We can't find the receipt so we may be stuck with it. And we only just realized it is the full screen version (only in tiny letters on a sticker on the front of the box; nowhere else on the set, even on the back specs sheet, does it tell the aspect ratio).

Motti_SoL, who is currently AWOL, and PSYCHO DAYV, who isn't awol...

They are sort of a gestapo-esque forum police.

Don't misinterpret what Chaltab says. He's only upset because he's on our hitlist. We're just a partnership of some of the original forum members dating back to March 2003. We've added a few to our ranks since that time as well. For the most part, our specific activities remain highly classified. We could tell you, but...

I think "et" is "and". Could be wrong. Likely am. I'm just thinking in terms of Italian right now and the phrase "et tu Brute" which is "and you Brutus." I figure it can't be all that different from the French translation, right? Most romance languages are very similar.

"Merde" is "shit", right?
