Not quite as basic as the question you posted. What he asked were basic opinion questions about the movies and my experiences watching them. Which ones do I like... how did I feel when I saw them again on the big screen... who do I go see them with... am I part of a SW fan community (I mentioned this site, but he was looking for non-online examples of which I'm not a part of).

That sort of stuff.

We shall see on the end result. If it's online, I'll post it here.

MagnoliaFan is a creator of fan edits. And that name is in reference to the movie. I'm not sure if MagnoliaFan as a person was around before this or not, but there is a ref made to "MagnoliaFan" in Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back as one of the online personalities that J&SB beat up at the end for bad mouthing them on the Web. Dunno if he got his name from this or not.

For more info about the film... Magnolia on IMDb

Well, here's a testament to my geek factor... I was just interviewed by a local newspaper as a "Star Wars expert." The media relations director here where I work sent my name out in an e-mail to his media contacts and I was called within about an hour. He was going to try to get a picture of me to accompany the article, but it didn't work out. Dang!

Family Guy ending for ANH
Time
It was Family Guy. I've got it on tape. Peter was receiving a medal for saving the life of the bartender at his fave bar from a fire. All the people were standing off to the sides of the sidewalk going up to City Hall just like all the Rebel troops. Then he was presented with his medal and posed just like at the end of ANH. Chewie, R2, and I think Threepio were there. There may have been one or two others. I'd have to check it again to know for sure.

Don't forget that the entire end credits of the show were done just like a SW movie. Same font, color, starry background, and John Williams' music.

Hero (not the movie)

I think in some areas, cellular signals should be jammed. When you are in an enclosed entertainment/lecture/classroom environment such as in Billy Crystal's theatrical play, where staff are readily available to help you in an emergency, then a cellphone to call 911 is not at all necessary. These places have staff trained to help and, if necessary, they have land lines to call 911. I would love if our theaters had jammers.

On the road, no jammers, obviously.
