ROTJ is worse than I remember.
Time
I, too, have found it amazing how ROTJ loses its luster as the years go on. As a kid, ROTJ was my favorite. As I aged, ESB moved into that slot and has maintained it ever since. However, ANH moved beyond and, sadly, even AOTC is tied up there with it. I don't think TPM could ever be better, though.

ROTJ is a joke in many senses. I'll have to watch again for the Han comic relief stuff, but there was just something off about Jedi compared to Empire and Hope. I never could put a finger on it.

Blame the Ewoks. That's what I do. Makes me feel better.

My Generation Rocks!!
Time
There are lots of people tried for treason... Aaron Burr, Benedict Arnold, the Rosenbergs, this other CIA spy recently (can't think of his name), and a bunch more. Jane Fonda was never tried for treason because she never committed treason in the legal sense. She spoke out against the war and was very active in pro-Vietnam relations which is not treason. It's not like she sold nuclear secrets or similar. She was just called a traitor by vets across the U.S.

Unless I'm wrong. Someone please correct me if I am. This is the extent of my knowledge regarding Jane Fonda and "treason".

Unless you take spelling and grammar lessons in the interim, you should be quite easy to find.

Seriously, though, good luck with school and whatnot. You will be missed.

R2 doesn't taste very good
Time
I like the original line simply because it shows what a close relationship has been built between Luke and R2. Both have become very reliant on each other and the use of a more friendly and comforting "joke" to describe what almost happened shows how much Luke cares about R2. Instead of just pointing out, matter of factly, that he almost was recycle fodder, he tried to lighten the mood and calm the droid down a bit.

It's like what parents do after a child has a nightmare (maybe it was just my parents)... they try to lighten the mood to take your mind off of what you just dreamt about. I think it's a very applicable analogy here.

Now, I gotta admit that I would love to see a cut scene with Chewbacca crying on a shitter in the Falcon. Or, better yet, he gets so jostled and bent out of shape by something that happens that he curls into the fetal position on the cockpit floor of the Falcon much like Jim Bakker in the back seat of the car on the way to his trial.

Heh heh heh.

Wanna know what I'd like to see? A public all-out bitchfest between Parcels and Bobby Knight. I would pay money to see that.

The Incredibles
Time
I loved it. I thought the animation was spectacular as were the characters. Holly Hunter especially stood out as one of the best and likely to be most memorable animated movie characters along with Ellen DeGeneres in Finding Nemo.

As for this movie being "held up" by the ROTS trailer... nope, not a chance. Every Pixar film has stood its own ground and does better than almost anything else that any studio puts out there. They don't need ROTS trailers to do it for them. Pixar has a huge following. And, my theater didn't show the trailer. Yet nobody left all pissed off and I heard nary a complaint about it not being there. The BO would have been the same for Incredibles even without the trailer.

I didn't care too much for the opening animated short though. I was a bit let down, truth be told.
