BRUUUUCE

well, I don't have a dual disc burner, i was relying on my friend to do it. we downloaded the files via the torrent on demonoid. he said everytime he tried burning them to disc, he got errors while burning (on a pc)

for the heck of it, i took the files and tried burning them to a regular disc on my mac at work. i "opened" the rar file and got the corrected TS files. then i dragged both the original TS file and the corrected on into toast to burn the dvd. i thought i would get the error message saying there wasn't enough room to burn on a regular disc, but it started burning.

i think it compressed the files ... that's what it said at least. but when it verified the disc, it said  there was an error. i  thought it was a dud. i took it home anyway .. .tried tried ... it worked ... and  to be honest... it looks fantastic! all the menus work. but there's a problem. i can't select the dolby 5.1 in the menu and when i play the movie there are split-second dropouts in the audio throughout.

Any thoughts?

i'm so frustrated. isn't there a trading forum here where you could trade for these discs?

I have tried every which way to get this to burn correctly and have been unsuccessful. I NEED this disc as the dual disc version. Can someone -- anyone -- burn me a copy???? Please. I pay for the disc and postage. I'll donate money to a cause. I'll do anything for a copy. Help me any forum member. You're my only hope.
