So, what do I have to do to get a BT invite? Not to change the subject but I have yet to view any of this work. Vinnie asked for my email address then hasn't been on this site since, lol.
I'm offering support so I may in the future get to actually view these current and future projects.
Invite sent. Sorry I have been away.
Thanks, much appreciated.

Just created an account to see what it was all about. $19/month and it has limited bandwidth. Not that great after all..
The following I see a $4/month plan.. Get a few others to chip in we could cover a year.
Has anyone used https://mega.co.nz/? Not sure if this would be a good alternative or not. See below
"Mega: Internet outlaw Kim Dotcom released this service one year after the U.S. government shut down its predecessor, MegaUpload, for facilitating copyright infringement. The new tool promises “state of the art, browser-based encryption technology” and a whopping 50 GB of free cloud storage."
Not a bad idea, but that could be interpreted by certain authorities as Team Blu selling access to the content. (Even though the cash would only be used for web hosting, they would still see Team Blu collecting money in exchange for download links, and that could spell trouble.)
This is true, if the team was to charge for member access. Could offer invites for free, or take donations outside of the site like on here for example. Just another idea, but I agree a torrent may be easier option.

Somehow, this BT news doesn't surprise me. :-/ The idea of self-hosting is interesting, though I would imagine it would be too much trouble for Team Blu to manage "memberships". I hope something gets worked out sooner than later, because BT was such a great way to share Team Blu's work.
You can setup a "members" section using Wordpress as a front end pretty simple. The problem would be the actual download links.. Would they be direct links? If so, what prevents members sharing these "download links" with non members. There may be a free addon that adds a solution to this.
Right now, with my current host we pay about $80/year for unlimited space and bandwidth for our domain. Isn't too expensive for your own web site. Includes WordPress capability. I'd be willing to help if this is something considered, assuming help was needed.
I do like the other idea of donations for a torrent. You'd definitely have mine.

OH, and thanks guys for the great compliments, we are glad you like what you see and hear.
Hey Dark,
I have a host you may be able to use.. I'll have to double check as I'm not the only owner. It wouldn't be torrent however.. Not sure how "safe" this would be for us hosting.. If not I'll check around.
My favorite zombie movie, next to Return of the Living dead. Great work guys.
I love the cover art designs

How do I get an invite? Seems my messages are left ignored :(
You have 2 posts on this site. It would help if you were a regular contributing member of the forum before asking for an invite. I can't speak for anyone else, but the first thing I look at is how long someone has been a member and how many posts they have before deciding whether to respond to a request for something. People that joined the site just to ask me or someone else to send them something generally get ignored. I will say that you at least set an avatar for yourself which (in theory) means you plan on establishing an identity here which goes a long way in my book.
My desperate search for a specific movie (Fright Night 2) brought me to one forum, which also led me here. As I'm new obviously my contributions are non existent. I hope to change this soon. Sorry if I came off the wrong way. Looking at the images I got a little over excited.
I'm a huge movie buff.. especially when 80s movies are concerned. I recently built a HTPC and started copying my entire collection of DVDs and Bluerays (200 to be exact). While doing this I really took notice of SD vs HD. Prior having to get up and change disc I never really noticed a huge difference between up-scaled SD and true 1080. Being able to switch between a click of the button it became more apparent to me. That's what got me interested in replacing my collection from SD to HD. Unfortunately some movies I have I am unable to obtain in HD. That's how I ended up on these forums.
From looking at the hard work done, I admire you guys. It's really amazing to me. I guess I was desperate to see it in action :) Perhaps when I became more established I can even help test some of these.

Did you try sending a private message to Vinnie981 ?
Sorry not yet, I shall do that now.
