What do you mean by "such subs" though?
Because if any of you guys knows a way of making a subtitle track that is fully AVCHD compatible, with a font customized separately for every word, has a variable lens blur, controlled tracked gate weave, film grain and a slight, chroma only, semi transparent glow, I'll be all over it!
If you use sup subtitles which are for bluray, they will be images, so you can make them any way you want.
As for them to slightly move and have grain, I think it's way overkill and not necessary. They really didn't intend them to be moving originally!
If you don't burn in the subtitles, your release will be international and could be spread more. Other countries can have their own subtitles there.
