Sorry if any of these have been said already but here’s a few suggestions:

• I think it’d be a good idea to remove any of Finn, Poe or Reys references to Finn’s ‘I never got the chance to tell you’ line from the sinking pits. It’s never resolved, which seems like a complete oversight from the production team, so might as well be removed unless there’s a deleted scene that gives it some resolution
• If there’s any way possible to edit around Palpatines ridiculous force lightning into the sky moment, you could try that. It just feels so inconsistent with the force as its been presented up to this point
• Removing Maz Kanatas moment where she basically says Leia’s about to die before reaching Ben through the force, it’s unnecessary
• Remove Lando and Jannahs odd moment
• To be honest, I’d remove Finn and Jannah’s conversation about her platoons mutiny. This film is so rushed, and with so little time to deal with existing characters, and the fact that Jannah just appeared like 5 seconds ago, it’s impossible to care about her story/character, so it doesn’t add very much
• Include more Rose in the film if deleted footage is available. I’m no big fan of Rose, but she was a main part of this group and should have had a bigger role, rather than introducing new characters who basically took her place
• Removing the image of Snoke clones in a giant tank, which leaves the ‘I made Snoke’ more open to interpretation
• Generally, I forget them all, but there were so many slight moments here and there that seem like a middle finger to Rian Johnson and The Last Jedi. Where possible try and keep these to a minimum, for the sake of consistency across the trilogy
• I think one of the most important things is the pacing. Adding breathing room, silence in scenes, letting scenes last a little longer wherever possible.

I think there’s actually a lot of good content to work with in Episode 9, its just brought down by all of the bad
