Hey there, I’m ACH1229 (informalDetective) and I’ve been working on this edit for a while now. I’ve edited for hours, trying really hard to get the audio right, taking people’s feedback on the last version and putting in & taking away certain parts of the edit. Still though, I plan on doing a final version of this some time in the future, so some feedback (even if only a small comment) would honestly mean the world to me.

I’ve also been working on a website where I can post my own edits. I’ve made it non-discoverable on Google and it can only be privately shared by the URL, so that’s linked below and on my profile (you can access all versions of Skywalker there). I also spent a day mucking around and had some fun making a little trailer, so make sure to check it out if you visit!

This time around I’ve split the edit into two versions (2.0 & 2.5) for those who don’t want to have ANH ‘flash-forwards’ and those who do respectively. Thank you again to Harmy, HAL9000, octoroxx and all of the kind people over at r/fanedits for inspiring me to make this. The info for each edit is as follows:
