*** if I add any other video clips they will be posted in replies below

Here you go. I made a rough test clip of how you can turn a 2d movie into a true 3d one

RED LENS OVER LEFT EYE AND DIM THE LIGHTS
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND CHECKING THE "HQ" BOX BECAUSE THIS WILL GIVE YOU A VERY NICE CLEAR PICTURE AND BETTER 3D VIEW--ENJOY

Youtube's quality is crap which is why I stressed hitting the HQ option as that really makes the video amazingly clear and that then gives you a very good 3d effect the way it should be seen and the way I made it

I'm surprised not more people have commented here.  I would, but I have no glasses.

And that is more or less why no one has replied. Not many people own the blue/red glasses.

I put quite a bit of work into these clips (though they are still a little rough). I just did not use a convert to 3d app, but used masking, cutting (crude rotoscoping to some degree) and a few video layers to pull these off. This is the only way to get a true multi layer look and convert a 2d film (or image) into 3d for material that only exist in a 2d format beforehand

below is a picture I converted over from 2d to 3d using some of the methods I had applied to the video editions to give you an idea (then again if you do not have glasses I guess it defeats the purpose)

It should be pretty easy to make a pair. All you need is a cheap pair of sunglasses (dollar store), and some blue and red plastic wrap, or some clear plastic wrap and a blue and red marker. Pop out the lenses and put the plastic wrap over the holes. Might look a bit ghetto, but I think it should work.

Actually, you could probably just take the back of a plastic CD case, or any other clear pice of plastic and color a section blue and a section red and look through that. Be kind of weird, but also quick and easy.

Nah, can't be bothered. Besides, they are probably made out of paper. My proposed glasses would be made out of real plastic. I think I will convert a pair of aviators sunglasses into 3D glasses.
