The dad from Gremlins (can't you just follow instructions, dude; look what hell you hath wrought)
Bruce the shark from Finding Nemo (I know he winds up as a good guy and is trying to amend his evil ways, but still)
Saruman
Jabba the Hutt (but he has great taste in slave girl attire)
Montgomery C. Burns (yes, I know he's TV based)
The Joker
Lex Luthor (played to perfection by Gene Hackman)
La Fours (see who can get that one)
Azrael (Jason Lee in Dogma; c'mon, his death by blessed seven iron was almost as cool as dying by lightsaber)
Curly Bill Brocious and Johnny Ringo
The gremlin from Twilight Zone's "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" (both versions)

On the whole Michael Biehn tip, let's not forget Coffey from The Abyss. What an incredible villain!

Princess Leia: I happen to like nice men.
Han Solo: I'm a nice man.

Oh yeah! That was a great role for him.

How about Begbie in Trainspotting? Robert Carlyle just has a creepy way about him, especially with the villain he played in The World is Not Enough.

Princess Leia: I happen to like nice men.
Han Solo: I'm a nice man.

Begbie was good. How about Ben Kingsley's character in Sexy Beast? Damnable bastard if there ever was one.

Agreed. Also Fred Krueger in the 1st A Nightmare on Elm Street, before he became the caricature that is Freddy. Ronny Yu captured some of that in the opening of Freddy vs. Jason, but not enough.

Han Solo: I'm a nice man.

In the immortal lyrics of the Misfits...

"We're hunting humans... it's killing time every day"

One of my students when I was TAing a production course did a music video to The Misfits "Hunting Humans" and used footage from Predator and Predator 2. Dunno if I mentioned that before, but it was a good video.

I'd have to see if I can dig it up. On that same tape was a video another student did with footage from Pee Wee's Big Adventure using the song "Bicycle Race" by Queen.

It was actually really good. Probably one of my best from that semester. Made my highlight reel. The kid was grinning from ear to ear when his video was played for the entire lecture hall (something like 75 or so students).
