Are you talking about if he did the prequels Batman and Robin style? Scary thought.

To be fair, Joel Schumaker is actually a great director. Just not of comic book movies.

Vader would have had sculpted ass armor and molded, hard nipples. Padme would have had a feather boa costume and there would have been some sort of over-the-top party scene that lasted way too long.

Not a pleasant thought.

Tatooine would be full of muppets, Boba Fett would be killed in a scene of slapstick, Chewbacca would be swinging from a vine yelling like Tarzan, a musical sequence would interupt the film to show us singing puppets and much of the film would revolve around midgets in teddy bear costumes.

Oh wait...

could it be worse than george lucas directing the prequels? He'd probably make Obi-Wan and Anakin implicitly lovers and make all the villians be color coated.

Even Joel Schumaker wouldn't have directed such pieces of utter shit...

...and considering he directed Batman and Robin, that is saying a lot.
