how do i join two srt subtitle files?

ok so i am working on my kill bill the whole bloody affair edit. i have procured and ripped my japanese uncut vol 1 source. now the plan is to hard code the english subs for japanese speaking parts only into the video source. i have the srt subs but they are split in 2 for a 2cd rip. i have tried putting them into sub workshop. but there is no longer an option to join subs in sub workshop 4. so im at a loss here. i could create a 2 cd rip from the video source and then hardcode the subs to each one then rejoin the files but reencoding the video multiple times is not in the plan at all i want the best video source i can have as i am using bluray sources for most of the edit. so i dont want to lose quality from the uncut dvd source. what do i do here?

problem solved i found a single disc srt file so nevermind.
