font with music notes to use for subtitles?

Anyone know of a good looking font to use for DVD subtitles that has musical notes in it? Like on some DVD's when they subtile the song, there is a musical note before and after the line. I searched, but I can only find fonts that have ONLY musical notes. What I need it a font that has the full a-z upper and lowercase and numbers, etc, but also just ONE musical note, oh yeah, and is free.
