Yes Some are Animatronics and CGI combined (Hybrid)
Bor Gullet was both Practical and CGI (as Neal Scanlon had to make a phyical prop possibly scanned and animated or Hybrid)
Raddus is Animatronic but also has CGI done on him. He is definitely CGI’ed at the end but it seems he was not on Yavin Base
K2S0 is probably a physical prop digitized but animated via mocap
That is my take on it.

Same. I must admit that the Force Awakens did a far superior job of making Ackbar come to life than Rogue One did with Raddus.
