This combines both of the Zombieland films into one cohesive 2 hour film. While I enjoyed the original Zombieland, the sequel was a bit too much of a spoof for my tastes - but I did enjoy some of the plot and one new cast member so I heavily cut down the second film and joined it with a more lightly edited version of the first film.
It cuts small portions of the first film, and makes much deeper cuts on the second film to remove aforementioned parody crew and keep a consistent vibe throughout the edit, while still expanding the adventure a bit more than the first film did.

Below is the high-level edit list:
- trimmed the strippers from the intro montage, didn’t match the vibe of the rest of the film
- trim down the highway showdown
- cut some of the rambling conversation
- cut Bill Murray
- cut the last few minutes of the first film, and beginning of second film to dovetail the story more seamlessly
+ move forward a scene of the white house to help the transition
- trim concepts being re-explained in the second film
- small trims here and there for meanness or silliness to keep a consistent fun vibe
- cut the RV zombie attack
- cut all the scenes with the parody Zombieland crew
