I would guess "Friend of the Family" is not good ether? I take back "Related" and change that too "A Friend who was NOT part of MY Family untill after Marrage". Yes thats better. Right?? :-\

Friend of the family would work. That means that she is friends with someone in your family who can, ideally, give you the hook up.

There is no blood or legal relationship involved in being a "friend of the family." You'd be set.
