Young Indiana Jones: Love's Sweet Song - Extended

Any Young Indiana Jones fans here?

I’ve made a little edit of Love’s Sweet Song for my next rewatch.

It’s a simple edit, nothing big; basically I just re-instated the original 1990s bookends with Old Indy.

I’m not really a huge fan of these bookends and I definitely prefer the DVD film versions of the show, but in this particular case, I’ve always thought they should have kept the epilogue. I think it adds a lot, it makes the story somehow complete. So I decided to add it back.

It’s a very simple edit, but since the bookend was originally there, it plays quite smoothly.
In the beginning, I added a trimmed audio from the original opening scene (about 20 secs) where Old Indy starts to tell the story.
It plays in the background during the Paramount/Lucasfilm logos.

Then, in the end, I reinstated the complete original scene where Old Indy meets Vicky after all these years.

Again, it’s a very simple edit, but I think it does the job ☺️

I’m also considering crafting two little Young Indiana Jones edits more, but first I have to rewatch the stuff I’d like to re-edit.
