What would Fixer and Camie think of Luke now (post ANH and beyond)? I would imagine Luke's name is popular in the GFFA.

GFFA?

And, I think Camie would be all over him. Until she finds out that he was liplocking his sister.

Galaxy Far Far Away.

Hey back in 1980, I was rooting for Luke and Leia to end up together. That is, until Lucas threw out this bombshell. You know what bugs me? In the end I didn't mind that Leia ended up with Han. Just having GL make the last minute decision with the brother and sister revelation, to me is just poor execution.

Kaiju,

Did you see starwars.com on April Fools a few years ago?? They went retro. Everything was shades of green (to go with the computer screens of the age), they were reviewing one of the Han Solo books, a teaser picture of "a general observing a battle" (Dodonna watching the Battle of Yavin), and there was a poll:
Who should Leia end up with? Luke or Han.

I actually went to every page, and downloaded the entire retro site. Ive got it on my PC at home.

I'm surprised that GL even allowed that poll. You know, George always planned that Luke and Leia were twins from the very beginning.

The truth is, that though there were twins in his early scripts, he sort of nixed the idea when he thought he'd only be doing one movie. He brought the idea back after Gary Kurtz could no longer restrain him in RotJ.

That's what Camie called him. I don't know why.

GFFA also means Galactic Federation of Free Alliances. Coincidence?
