As much as I love Windows, I've been seriously considering Linux for awhile now. The only thing keeping me from making the jump is the lack of games... but Steam may be solving that soon... We shall see.

Seriously, I need to run software. Linux doesn't run software.

All Windows 8 machines should smell of cat wee.
It makes me wish I didn't have a Mac which smells of offensively of Aluminium and plastic.

Bought a new laptop a few months ago with Windows 8. I've been very happy with it. No problem at all with the Metro interface. I use the Desktop for work and the Metro for personal. I've had no problems what so ever with any of it.
