Jeez, I wasn't sure where to post this...

Anyway, it's a park I'm working on for RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 called SW: Galactic Adventures. There's a lot more work left to be done at this point, but there are plenty of cool rides right now. I post screens regularly here:

Now everything at the beginning of the process looks horrible. Now it looks slightly less horrible (I'm no RCT Picasso). I tried to keep the SE stuff out (meaning my version of the Sarlacc has no beak thing and so forth). However, there are prequel coasters. There's sweet stuff like a Snowspeeders coaster that actually goes around AT-ATs to simulate the scene from the film to a certain degree. Tell me what you think...

Hey all,

I had this idea a few years ago. I theme park based on the Star Wars universe, as well as other Lucas productions. It will be called LucasLand. I had pages and pages of ideas, sketches and layouts, but since lost interest. Maybe it is time to re-kindle the idea.

I just started to really look at more of your park, Justin. I'm a novice (okay, pre-amateur as I don't even play RCT2), but it looks pretty damned cool so far. Especially like the Wampa and the ice portions of the park. But, then again, I'm pretty partial to Hoth.

Anything more from Tacoking? Talk about kingprick.

We are all obviously joking about it, but I belive a Star Wars theme park would actually be possible to make, all you need is some rides related to scenes and/or characters, actors dressed as stormtroopers, ewoks and aliens walking around... Is there any vacant lot in Orlando, Florida owned by Lucasfilm yet?

Sweet! We got Georgie in the cage! We need a vendor's booth next to it selling all kinds of things that can be thrown at him or poked into him. Talk about a real moneymaker!

I like the comment at the bottom of the screen too.

Wouldn't it be nice if this whole thing ended a happy ending, like in that "UHF" movie, with everyone on the streets celebrating they have their O-OT DVDs, and George Lucas screaming in a 80s teen movie villain way: "You can't do that!! Stop!! Those are MY movies!! I'm George Lucas, dammit!!", and then he falls unto a mud puddle, and everyone laughs at him, and the cops arrest him for some uncertain reason, and he starts to cry...

i think it may be difficult for a Star Wars park to stand up by itself though..... i mean not everyone is a Star Wars fan right?
but then again i guess not everyone is a Disney fan either...

Nah. It kinda impossible to do it in the game. With RCT3 (Nov.), I'll be able to put mp3s into parks.
