The reviews of Jumper, a new science fiction film starring Hayden Christiansen, are in, and apparently is acting is just as bad as in Star Wars.

So apparently a chunk of the prequels problems is him ... I thought he was decent in Life as a House and Shattered Glass, although he did seem a bit one-note at the time... maybe George Lucas has sucked whatever talent he had away?

Darth Lucas: I am altering the trilogy. Pray I don't alter it further.

It just means George Lucas chose a terrible actor to portray "his" most important character; that's all.

I've seen Jumper, Shattered Glass and Awake (going off the voice work, not much of him doing anything in the movie) and I've come to the conclusion that his SW work is his worst but he's by no means gonna win any awards as of now. I've not given up completely on him though. He's young and still capable of pulling at least one amazing (or at least really good) performance off.

Where as Natalie Portman has made it past being known just for Star Wars (like Harrison Ford), I think Hayden Christiansen might turn out like most other prominent actors in SW movies...if they weren't famous before them, they'll mostly be remembered almost soley by them with a couple movies around that period working off that popularity. Except the prequels and the acting in them pretty much sucked so they won't be remembered as kindly.
