What to use for DVD authoring

Lets say I had some videos I wanted to make a DVD menu for or O wanted to take and exsisting movie and create a new DVD menu for. what software would be best?

i think DVD Lab Pro is a great option.  I use Sony DVD Architect.  Its also extremely flexible, and I can design all my menus in Photoshop and import the layered .psd into Architect to create the custom menu.

I love DVD Lab as well...

DVD Lab allows this as well. You can import with or without layers.
