I figured. I was just riffing on the whole concept of not wanting to ask a girl if she's single.
I come from the school that there is never any harm in letting a female type person know you're interested.
Worst case scenario is you don't have a future with this girl, which is what you already have if she doesn't know you're interested.
My social life is virtually nonexistant.
