I’m pretty sure most people on this site have seen the Plinkett reviews, and while they’re great, they don’t really go much further than pointing out things that ‘don’t make no sense’.
I completely disagree. I think more than that, it digs at the core fundamental problems with the prequels and why they are inferior to the originals. (No opposition to George, too much focus on technical effects and CGI and too little focus on story, no depth to any characters, no emotional involvement, etc.) The parts that nitpick at things that “don’t make no sense” are really just for fun in comparison. I disliked the prequels before I saw the reviews, but they articulated things that “my brain” had noticed but I hadn’t put into words before.
