What are the parameters (inches/metric) of a DVD cover?

The widely-used standard for a single-width amaray case is:

3240 x 2175 pixels
300 dpi
Spine width of 170 pixels (insert guides at 1535px, 1620px and 1705px)

I think that's enough to get you started. If you input those dimensions at that dpi it will tell you the physical dimensions.
