Has anyone started any sort of archive to back up WB DVD discs that are prone to rotting? (pressed at the Olyphant, Pennsylvania Cinram plant)
If not, should we start one?
I might ask if The 'Spleen is okay with it, but I’m not sure that they would be.
I’ve got at least two discs now that are completely worthless, THAT I KNOW OF…it seems like this is a problem that needs to be addressed sooner rather than later. I want to at least back up some of my Bond films.

It sounds like WB will replace titles that are available in their MOD program, but what about others? I will have to email them and find out.

I have the UK Complete DVD set of The Dukes of Hazzard.
EVERY SINGLE DUAL LAYER DOUBLE SIDED DISC NO LONGER WORKS PROPERLY.
If I try to rip them I can get 2 or 3 episodes from each one at best.
Does anyone know if there is any way to get this replaced in the UK? Given it’s a complete failure it’s clearly a defective design or pressing.
