One other thing though that he missed - they made this huge deal out of nothing electrical working, even Super-Tom's cell phone, then in the next scene there is a guy filming the tripod on his video camera!!! Maybe he got the Super-Mecahnic who fixed the car that Tom steals to fix the camera too.
Made for IE Forum's Episode III theme month - May 2005.

Freakiest part of the whole thing.

ID4 wasn't great, but ID4 was better than EP I and EP II. (IMHO) . Gundark, what do you mean by flat?
Princess Leia: I happen to like nice men.
Han Solo: I'm a nice man.

but a lot of filmmakers prefer to shoot flat because of greater flexibility in low light situations.

The best example of this is the home releases of "Its a mad mad mad mad world", it's very distorted at the edges.

Well, it's a cinerama movie. If a regular 16:9 movie, when showed in pan scan, loses about 30% of it's picture, what's the lose ration in a cinerama flick shown in 4:3 pan scan? 75%?

Spoiler
I don't think I'll ever forget the roar the alien ships make, or the effect of the heat rays turning people to ash in seconds. Very frightening. I surprised it didn't get an R-rating. But I must say that having the ships buried on earth years before, was a bad idea. It created an unnecessary plot hole.
