just here to comment on how much midterms suck, especially when you know how why but you dont know how to do a question. in other words you know all the theary but not how to apply it.

Midterms? What are those?

Sorry, but I'd take a midterm over a 100% final (the norm in law school) any day.

Tests never really bothered me. I've always been pretty good at them. Just got a 92% on my business law midterm a couple weeks ago and turned in my final exam today (it's an 8-week course). Also just took my management midterm. Waiting to see how I did.

She's not a good test taker. She hates them with a passion. She's great at interviews and conveying information orally (don't even...). She'd be a good lawyer. I'm the opposite. I'm great at tests and papers, but the speaking thing takes me some warming up. So I don't really bring up my test scores around her too often for fear of making it sound like I'm rubbing salt on an open wound or somesuch. I tell her how I do overall.

I think I'm a lot like Bossk. I can put the info down when it is directly asked, but anything involving an explanation, especially orally, kills me. Also, I hardly ever tell ppl my grades, I don't like the looks they get on their faces

My grades were good... until I got into law school. Something about the learning process and the fact that you're competing with people who are equal and in many cases superior in intellect. My GPA has gone from a 3.6 to a 2.7, but it's OK; I know a lot of people in the same boat.

Im really not too far along with my college education. So far my mid-terms have been fairly easy. I seem to have a photographic memory, so testing and studying hasnt ever been very dificult for me *lucky*. I suppose we will see how that holds up as I start on my graduate studies next semester.

My grades have been great throughout high school, undergrad, my master's program, and now with my MBA program. I'm better at public speaking than I was, but I'd prefer not to do it if I can. My wife is very good with practical application of what she knows. She learns from experience moreso than from a book. She is studying to become a pharmacist and she knows her stuff better than the managing pharmacist in her pharmacy. She does most of what he's supposed to do (simply because he's lazy). She keeps that pharmacy alive and well. But she's still afraid of having to take the classes and tests (especially her PCAT - the standardized test for her to enter pharmacy school). Honestly, with what she knows and does, they should just give her an honorary Pharm.D. degree. She knows it all.

Yikes. Remind me never to eat at their house or ask them for a Tylenol. I might glow afterwards.

When I mentioned it to my wife, she seemed to think that it had to do with researching new medications to deal with cancer. But she wasn't entirely sure.

I'll be seeing my friend today. I'll ask him, but I'm not even sure he knows what it is; only that it brings in a healthy paycheque that keeps him in school.

Well im sure. Considering pharmacists make a pretty penny anyways...throw "Nuclear" into a job title and I think you can expect the salary to take a jump.

Pharmacists make an obscene amount of money. I can't wait. I already told my wife that I will be the stay-at-home parent.
