Chiming in after a long time off this thread:

Wow, good zelda-ness. Maybe I will get a gamecube and catch up on my Zelda, Mario, and Metroid. Eventually.

And the second thing, I finally beat Halo. This last weekend. Back in 01-02 I got up to the last level, but college graduation left me Halo-less. I didn't have access to it until this last summer and I've been working through a series of games. Halo's turn came up and I'm so glad. Playing through the game again was great, and the ending was fabulous. But everyone on earth but me already knows that.

It was a high point for the weekend. And I can jump straight on to 2 now!

If you're going to take forever, then I'm having a hotdog!

I tried to install and run Call of Duty on my newly restored computer.

The game crashed and said: Error. You are missing 760 audio files.

I was perfectly happy to play without sound, but NO.

No, but it sounds sort of cool.

It is the game where you play with giant mechs in a turn based strategy game, right? I'm not much of a fan of TBStrategy, but I like Advance Wars, so I might give it a try if I can find it for very cheap.

Yeah, I signed up for the free demo Square was giving out to the first 2000 people during the summer and I got hooked on it after it came. You should be able to find it for 19.99 these days(I even found it for 20 at Sam Goody, the master mark-upper store).
