The '04 & '06 covers suck almost as much as the SE. But who cares, they are SE covers anyway. Let's just hope the disc art is okay on the "bonus disc".

That brings up a good point. What's Disc 2's disc art going to look like? I mean, they tried to throw us a bone in '04 by putting the original artwork on the discs, and I assume since it's the exact same thing, it's going to look exactly the same. So if the original artwork is attached to the special editions, what's the bonus disc going to have?

These covers INSULT the trilogy.
You would think that Lucasfilm, a company based ENTIRELY on digital effects, could at least do better than a crappy photoshop job.

The covers for the pre 1996 VHS releases and the original posters (Leia clutching Lukes leg for ANH, Gone with the Wind for TESB, and the Luke with windswept hair for ROTJ) evoke such a sense of magic and truly illustrate the epic nature of all three films. I like to think of them as standalone pieces of art. The new covers look like bad CVS refrigerator magnets.

For some reason, the "Hey, That's My Dinner" line has ALWAYS bothered me.
