If "tripled" from Misfits isn't naughty enough for you

Someone missed the ALL-CAPS part of the thread title.

That highly depends on your perception of the words "slightly naughty". For instance should I say "tripled" in a public setting or, even a family gathering. Chances are likely no offence would be taken due to them not having seen "Misfits". So it is therefore slightly naughty as I would be the only one in the room knowing to what I'm referring towards. I cite the "Friends" episode wherein the fictional character Ross Gellar created his own form of sign language and, a new motion of two arms hitting eachother was the way he would "give the finger. Without actually giving the finger." His friends just looked at him weirdly until the aforesaid explanation was given towards it's meaning. It is essentially a rather cowardly way of being "naughty" though as it's a way of not truly owning the consequences of your words. Trying to slip under the radar of the perception of those around you. Also attempting to maintain a good social standing without letting them know you just thought of something perceptually crass or, "immature". It also could be indicative of slight fear of being thought of a less intelligent individual due to the lack of social acceptance of such talk in so-called "formal" situations.

(LOL, Seriously though, I was suffering from lack of sleep in my previous posting to this thread... You're probably right Frink. :-) )

LOL :)
