Not all of this will apply to all PT fans, especially those that like the OT.

1. You loved Jake Lloyd in Phantom Menace
2. You think that George Lucas planned the entire backstory in the 70's, so you blame all the plotholes on the OT.
3. Your least favorite Star Wars movie is Star Wars.
4. You hope that Yoda goes cgi in the next version of Empire and Jedi
5. You hope Palpatine and Yoda appear in the next version of Star Wars
6. You'd love to have Duel of the Fates added to all the OT lightsaber fights
7. The Padme/Anakin romance scenes did not make you laugh and the dialogue in those scenes was perfect.
8. You LOVE seeing Hayden at the end of Jedi
9. You think the PT would have existed even if the OT had never been made
10. You think that all three prequels will stand the test of time and be even more popular 20 years after their releases than the OT films were.
11. Jar Jar Binks did not bother you that much. In fact, you secretely like him.

1. You loved Jake Lloyd in Phantom Menace - No. He's a child actor. Cut him some slack. Aubree Miller didn't do such a great job as Cindel in the Ewok films, either.
2. You think that George Lucas planned the entire backstory in the 70's, so you blame all the plotholes on the OT. - The plotholes were due to his poor decisions on the PT, not his backstory. He DID write the backstory, just not an extremely detailed one.
3. Your least favorite Star Wars movie is A New Hope. - Nope. I have no least favorite. It's all one movie.
4. You hope that Yoda goes cgi in the next version of Empire and Jedi - Yes!
5. You hope Palpatine and Yoda appear in the next version of Star Wars - Yes!
6. You'd love to have Duel of the Fates added to all the OT lightsaber fights - No way, that would sound silly.
7. The Padme/Anakin romance scenes did not make you laugh and the dialogue in those scenes was perfect. - No, I did not laugh. I found nothing funny abnout it. However, the dialogue in that scene was FAR from perfect. But it's the story that counts.
8. You LOVE seeing Hayden at the end of Jedi - Yes!
9. You think the PT would have existed even if the OT had never been made - No, as he could never have achieved the believable effects required for the PT in the 1970's. Plus, the PT was a backstory to his main story at that time.
10. You think that all three prequels will stand the test of time and be even more popular 20 years after their releases than the OT films were. - No. I think people will look at all six as a saga 20 years from now.
11. Jar Jar Binks did not bother you that much. In fact, you secretely like him. - He never bothered me, but he's not that ghreat of a character overall.
12. You think Dex's diner is way cooler than the Mos Eisley Cantina - They are on an equal level of coolness.
13. You wish Vader had a new love interest in the OT - That would suck, so no way. It would have absolutely no place in the OT.
14. The OT films look like they were made 50 years ago to you - No. They look like they were shot in 1977, 1980, and 1983. However, the DVDs make them look almost brand new.
15. You don't understand half the stuff that happens in Phantom Menace but you love it anyway - I DO undertsand ALL of what happens in TPM, and YES, I love it for the complicated plot that still manages to appeal to kids.

What the hell? No he didn't, he said he didn't even know he was in the new version until he recieved a copy of the DVD set. They used scrap footage from ROTS.

I recall that this was brought up by you a couple months ago, and I seem to remember that in your source, all Hayden said was that he was excited to be in Return of the Jedi, but he didn't say anything about knowing about it in advance.

Most of that "PT fan" list seems to be made up of sterotypes anyway, while the "OT fan" list was made up of things that the list creator had actually experienced personally. Most people don't seem to take into account that there are people like Kaal-Jhyy and myself who actually like both sets of films.

Well, I really think it was intended as a joke. I'm not a diehard PT fan, and I have nothing real against them besides the fact they're not as good as the OT, and the influence they've had on the OT, but I'm going to take this anyway.

Believe it or not, it IS possible to like all six movies.
I've been a SW fan since 77, and yes, the PT are not perfect (well Sith is great) but that doesn't mean I'm a moron for liking them.

I'll like whatever I want, and don't have to resort to a bullshit list to put me off.

Every fucking thread is turning into the same old boring stupid argument on here.

They're just 6 films ffs, like them, or don't like them that's up to you. But don't slag off people that do like the PT or the OT or whatever....every person has a different opinion.

Yes we all want the oot on dvd, but really...there's enough fan edits out there which are just as good as having the oot on dvd, so I suggest getting hold of them.

I agree, HotRod. It reminds me, the other day I was reading one of the sillyest ideas for a thread yet on the INDb. Some idiot had created a "Star Wars vs. 2001" thread.

My questions, seeing as most of you are just gonna say NO to everything on the other one. You know your A PT Fan when:

1. You sat through all 3 in the cinema

2. You own them all on DVD

3. You think they help the Saga

4. You keep the Lucas versions as the real thing and not fan edits

5. You dont mind Jar Jar

6. You think it was cool to see how 3P0 evolved

7. You would defend Hyden in the same way you would ark

8. You realise Plot holes exisit only becuase they enable other things in happen as Lucas wanted

9. You would pick the PT over the HS

10. You have a ton of PT stuff

11. You think Darth Maul is kick ass

12. You dont mind seeing Famous people in Star wars, seeing as they do a good job at acting

13. You watched the Clone Wars Cartoon
