I am unsurprised by mistaken conspiracy theories. The Powers That Be go to great lengths to ensure that confusion reigns.
The first step is to bear in mind that control-freaky psychos have the advantage over everyone else for their determination and lack of scruples in seeking the top positions of power. The more functional among them are willing to cooperate(conspire) with each other to carry out necessarry deceptions. If the masses understood, the elite would be torn to pieces within a minute.
I salute Bingo for taking the first step or two.
