For the first time in 11 year the vancouver canucks have won there division by defeating the oilers 5-2. they have eclipsed colorado's 9 year reign and have given the aves a taste of their own medicien. last year the aves came from behind and took everything away from the vaouver canucks. this year, vancouver has done that to them. GO CANUCKS GO.

what is the weakest division in the west. me thinks it be the central. which is the toughest by a long shot seond only to the north east, me thinks it be the northwest division. where is vancouver, where is detroit. hmm...

detroit sucks the olny reason they in first is cus they buy all the tallent in the league. where were they when tehy did have lang, amoung others that they add in the second half of the season. cant say that lang is small he was the highest scorer in the league on the worst team in the league when they got him and 15 mill salary. just adding more the the pile. man would i love it if they went down in the first again. its just to bad the yserman is on that team, that guy is the tought player in the league, and he got the biggest heart in the league as well.
cant say they dont try to buy all the tallent in the league either, 21 mil of goltending at the begining of the year. that is 2/3s of the wilds salary. detroit is dirty cus they cant train a team (the canucks, the sens, the oilers, the flames all great teams) they have to get players who have been great in other places b4 they sign them to 6 or 7 million $.
