This happened to me when I rented the Pulp Fiction DVD. It froze right in the middle of the film. So I went back and complained, and the lady said "well you should have got here sooner", she was thinking I was lying or something. I found out that that specific DVD had been issued with this problem, and was recalled, aparently that video store had one of those problem copies. Never rented there again.

Back on topic,

Things I hate:

5-hour cartrips in a 94 Lexus 5-seat sedan with 4 people and snacks
Getting lost on said car trips, extending the time to Nine Hours

Serioulsy, pray for us... my little brother is gonna be having a serious back surgery Wednesday--so... yeah...

The surgery went as well as possible, appearantly. Actually, I was never really worried in the firstplace.
Now I'm not sure if you'll call that faith, or just arrogance, but whatever.

And I'd call it "faith". Faith in the doctors working on you. Faith in the medical establishment that set up the procedure. Faith in your own ability to triumph. Faith in a higher power watching over you (whomever that may be).

Things I hate? Well, I once filled my entire AIM profile w/ a list of these things/types of ppl. Here's a start, & I'll leave out things that could make people angry w/ me like the term "fatasses" Which, is not a real word, so no one go all psycho, k?

Alright StarTrooper3000, a couple of things

1 whats wrong with trekkies? Star Trek was great show.

2 you say you don't want to get people angry and then you post "homosexuals who want to marry" thats going to people angry at you.

3 fart jokes. I agree with you 100% I never liked them not even when I was under the age of 10.

Lol...I just never could get into ST, but I was actually referring to the kind that dress up like the char.s & know Klingon & that kind of stuff. I'll edit it to "Extreme Trekkies"

& The whole homo thing, I just don't see the point, they r not the same as everyone else & they need to face that & stop trying to get the benefits of being normal. BTW, I define normal sexuality as being in line with most of nature.

well I agree with what you said about extreme trekkies, but just remember there are Star Wars fans that dress up too.

I do have to disagree with you on homosexuals. I say let them get married its not going to hurt me. Wheither its natural or not, its still not going to hurt me or anyone else for that matter.

Didn't feel like this fit in my last post, so I just decided to post it separately. Here's something I hate: The fools are Warner Brothers who are suppressing Gabriel Yared's score for Troy. I want to hear it, but the corporate morons at WB are trying to make sure no one can hear it. Not that I hate Horner's score for the film; I love it. But I just want to know if Yared's version is as good as it's been stated.
Long-winded, I know, but the blunt fact is that I despise huge corporate beauracracies that limit an artist's (of any sort) freedom and creative property.
