Actually, for Shining and Eyes Wide Shut, he shot the movies in 1.33:1, and for the theaters, he cropped the top and bottom, so the fullscreen version IS the most complete version. For Full Metal Jacket, he shot it between 1.33:1 and widescreen, so both ways lose a little bit. I am not sure how the other films are. The only films he did that are reall,y really intended to see in widescreen are Spartacus and 2001, although most of his films (except Shining and Eyes Wide Shut) are available in some sort of widescreen.

What about Dr. Strangelove?

I hate PC games. I hate them.

My mom bought a brand new computer for Christmas that by it's specs should be capable in ever way of running Call of Duty 2, and yet it DOESN'T. It says there is a problem with Direct X, but we've downloaded the new DX software and reinstalled it, and done everything the FAQ suggests and it still doesn't work.

Does the game provide a DirectX version? If so, try installing that one.

Hey, Ric, by the way, I now have a wireless router at my house. If you want to play Mario Kart DS online any time, I'm game!

And thanks for the help.

Oh, did it work?

I don't have a wireless connection at home, but I will next month, as I'll buy the wi-fi connector. I can also go to someplace ear that has a wi-fi though. I can play on weekend afternoons. Keep in mind that EST time and Brazil are 3 hours apart at this time of the year.

Purolator is bottom of the barrel as far as package companies. Having worked for both Purolator and DHL, I'd much rather ship with the latter. FedEx is decent too.

Makes me wonder how UPS and FedEx are able to compete with the mail services.

I've never had a problem with the USPS, unlike FedEx and UPS from whom I've recieved packages that are opened.
