Warb, you should be proud of your team. To make it into the playoffs on a shootout on the last game of the season, then survive a 3-0 game deficit (and a 3-0 goal deficit in game 7) and keep it going all the way to the finals, well done.
Except for Chris Pronger. I hope he enjoys his pucks, and he can kiss my shiny yellow ass.

Fixed.
Last one...
Dadada dadada dadadadadadada!!!!!!!!
Seriously though, Frink's right, Warb. You guys done good. Hell, you came within a hair's breadth of getting a game 7, and we were playing better than we did all year (except for game 5)!
You guys can do it next year!
well, thanks for not rubbing it in. It makes me feel bad because there is a good chance I would have. Well, enjoy your parade.
Sadly, I'm going to be in Indiana for my brother's graduation all weekend, so I'm going to miss the parade. :-(
surely you can record it?
I think CA meant he was going to actually go to the parade in person.
Precisely. As I said earlier in the thread, I live less than a mile away from the United Center.
But my parents and brother live in northwest Indiana, so that's where I am from now until Monday. Le sigh ...
Yeah, I wish I had gone to 2008 Phillies parade. I wish I had the choice of whether or not to attend a flyers parade. : ( *sigh*
Not really sure how to feel about this one...
yeah, it not true either. The Bulls won 6, the Bears won 1, and The White Sox won 1
It just refers to recent years. And the White Sox don't count ;-)
why? they are a team in Chicago
They are the only Chicago team I don't root for. Therefore they don't count.
;-)
Chicagoans aren't known for their support of both baseball teams. If the Sox were in the World Series, Cubs fans would generally root for the other team. And vice versa.
Exactly. If someone ever tells you he roots for both the Cubs and Sox, make sure you keep a close eye on your wallet.

hmm, it makes me wonder what Philadelphia would be like if the A's hadn't left.
Even more violent?
KIDDING!!!
