Well, the comics came before the Buster Crabbe version did, so it's not technically a remake anymore than the dual Poseidon Adventure movies this year. Matter of fact I owe good old Irwin Allen an apology. Turns out "Beyond the Poseidon Adventure" was a book too! And all this time I thought Irwin had pulled a sequel out of his *ahem*.

They may remake whatever they want, I don't care. Just... DON'T do a live action version of Neon Genesis Evangelion with american actors. If Hollywood do that, I'll boycott it foerever. I am NOT joking or overeacting, I will.

I will remake this movie. Sure it sucked when it was made, and my remake won't make any money, but by god, if money was given to make "Son of the Mask" and "Lost in Space" I'm sure some Hollywood movie company will give me the rights to remake this classic snoozer film.

QT's new movie is called "Grind House." It is two separate and unrelated (I think) stories. This first half is directed by Robert Rodriguez and the second part, Quentin's, is called "Death Proof." It stars Mickey Rourke and Zoe Bell. I'm not crazy about his casting choices, but then again, QT has never disappointed me in the past.
