I was thinking if Dooku is to be as prominent a villain as I want him to be, he’s gonna need a musical theme. I was thinking of using Grievous’s theme, but a) it’s already strongly associated with Grievous, and b) it suits him much better than it does Dooku.

On the Sequel Radical Redux thread, I suggested replacing the Falcon with a new ship, but what if you did the reverse, and replaced Padme’s ships with the Falcon. They all have differently shaped exteriors, but the interior is always the same, so that room could be a Lando-esque front attachment. Just redecorate it slightly to look more like the Falcon. Its look in Solo would actually suit the Prequels quite well, all clean and white, so you could add some shots of those hallways with relevant characters added in.
At the end of the day, I just find it awkward having the Falcon in two out of three trilogies. It’s not quite a one-trilogy thing, but it’s not quite a universal thing. On similar note, Chewbacca is missing from Episodes I-II…eh, whatever. Not like he’d be relevant. I do really want to keep R2 and 3PO in every movie, but as it stands, I’m removing the latter from Episodes I-II, as I don’t like the roles he’s given, and he doesn’t even have his iconic look yet anyways. I’ll see if I can add him in other minor roles in those films.

Remember reading somewhere a suggestion to make the Tantive IV the main ship of the prequels. That way, the opening sequence of the OT is also the end of the prequel era.

Interesting, I don’t think I’ve ever noticed the drums in that scene’s music.
It would be interesting to see which scenes it works well in with Dooku.
There’s the scene with Obi-Wan eavesdropping on the Separatist meeting.

A few others but I’m not sure where else it would work.
At least adding it to a few places could add a nice motif for Dooku as well as make that other track not as overused as it is.
And I would definitely suggest trying to make the music more obvious in that Revenge of the Sith scene as well.
Also, nice catch noticing the similarities between that track and the Zod track. This wouldn’t be the first instance of Williams reusing his work. I don’t blame him though, considering how much he’s written and how a lot of his work goes unnoticed/underappreciated.
