I have a one year old Golden Retriever named Ripley. (named after the Alien character)

Great looking dog, Ziggy.

This is from a few years ago, but he just turned 16 today. Great old dog. Half Golden Retriever. Half Great Pyrenees.

Never got around to giving him a proper name, so still a Puppy at 16.

My personal favorite photo of my dogs.

My Dog bud found a huge cow's bone in a open meadow in the California Sierra mountains one day, and my other dog Kaleb wants it!

My cat Sulley, I lost him back in April. I miss him a lot, a great little friend who was not supposed to go the way he did. Cancer ate him up after only ten years of life, damn I miss him. I've cried plenty a tears since he passed and my whiskey bill has edged up a bit since I lost him.

I've got three dogs and twelve cats. The dogs are Cheech, Pipo (pronounced peepo), and Laska. The cats are Big Gray, Whitebeard, Fluffy, Iyana, Ignacio, Be (bay), Gam, Del, Epsi, Ze (zay), The (thay), and Io.

^I see Alanis more as a dog name than a cat name. Simon & Garfunkel on the other hand ... those would make good cat names.
