Another update to the ROTS Supercut, bringing it up to a v4.0 version. Far as I can tell, this is the last time I want to revise it unless there is a major change in the quality of video sources available in the future (8K, ect. ect.)
New Feature Length Trailer:
New Video showcasing some v4.0 updates.
For the list of updates…
-The 20th Century Fox theme and intro has been restored, like in my Episode I, II, and R1/ANH Cuts.
-New AI Upscales have been used for the 5 restored deleted scenes, using the same sources as provided for the Episode I and II updated deleted scenes in those Extended Cuts.
-Another deleted scene has been partially restored by reincorporating Qui-Gon Jinn’s voice into the film near the end during Yoda’s meditation. This better helps to explain why he ends up on Degobah in a separate deleted scene and restores Liam Neeson into the film, as I felt he always should have been.
-Mat Lucas’ 2D Clone Wars voice clips have been updated to use Matt Lanter voice clips for better consistency with Anakin across the cut. Now you only hear Lanter and Hayden.
-All transitions, both audio and video, have been given one final revision, with numerous tweaks to make them as seamless as I can with current tech. As things are now, they all sound the way I intend them too and I’m happy with these results.
-All Clone Wars Season 7 footage has new updated color timings, showing better black levels and contrast while still being a bit brighter and more vibrant than the D+ version. This will look very similar to my Bad Batch S1 Trilogy Cuts releases.
-The subtitles have been tweaked a bit to tighten/refine timing for the English track, while a new updated Spanish subtitle track has also been included.
Thanks again for your continued support. You can see this updated v4.0 Supercut at the same place you’ve seen the previous versions, once again available in both 4K HDR and 1080p SDR.
