here is the link to the poster I made with my mediocre photoshop skills since I’m too stupid to figure out how to put an image on the post
the original plan for this edit was to take the 1994 movie The Mask, and make it more like the comic book. and did I succeed… yeah sorta. of course it is still nowhere near exact since I’m not exactly magic all I have to work with is Wondershare Filmora, photoshop, and other the Mask content content elsewhere on the internet so keep that in mind when viewing.

so what are the changes I made
I cut about half of the movie out now the final runtime is 58 minutes
I added the fan film, rise of the Mask into the movie as a new opening
I added the deleted scene where Stanley gets mugged by the same thugs he later fights as the mask (warning the quality of this deleted scene is in very very very low quality but it was too important to cut out)
Stanley now has his dream about Tina on the first night
Stanley doesn’t say “yeah right”
I added the voice clip from The Mask origins where the mask says “so what are you waiting for”
when putting on the mask his eyes glow red
I made the lightning green
when he uses the really loud horn I cut the shot of the guy driving away to imply that he is dead
Stanley now kills the thugs with the Tommy Gun
after the tommy gun scene it cuts straight to Stanley robbing the bank
After Stanley leaves the club I added the scene from the fan film revenge of the Mask where he steals a cop car
I moved the scene with the mechanics till after the club
I used audio from Revenge of the Mask during the mechanic scene to make it sound like he is Murdering them
I had to mash together two different scenes with Kellaway
I cut the scene where it shows the Mechanics are still alive to imply that he kills them
I had to mash together two separate scenes at the Bank
and the edit ends after he puts the mask back on
and for the Alternate ending I used the ending scene from the fan film revenge of the mask 2
