I would also love a link. Until now the best version I found was anti-cringe cut but it’s major plot change influaced ep.9 so much… and analogous cut of ep.9 is far from perfect. On the other hand The Last Jedi: Rekindled seems like the optimally balanced cut. Can you possible send me a link?

I know you won’t make any more major updates, but can you remove Rey translating what Chewie is saying to Luke? I’m talking about this line, “He said you’re coming with us.” It feels like, after three decades… Luke doesn’t understand Chewie?

I believe we already discussed this and the BB8 whackamole joke. I personally would like to see both removed but I’m pretty sure we decided against it for some reason.

TestingOutTheTest, we did have discussion I believe about this. To me, it shows Rey’s hubris in assuming Luke doesn’t understand Chewie. I would’ve prefer Luke respond snarkily, “I know what he said.” But otherwise I don’t have a problem with the line.
As for the BB-8 whack—a-mole, it just simply never bothered me. Everyone has their line for humor, and this one didn’t cross mine.

Poppasketti, I watched your edit and I was blown away with how much the little tweaks you made changed the film to lead up to TROS! I think one of my favorite edits you made was cutting out the Leia space scene, with it just cutting to her being on the stretcher. That worked so well, it felt like that what the movie should have been like. The Palpatine laugh in the flashback with Ben and Luke was seamless as well. I could go on and on, but all in all, really impressed, nice work!

When comparing Hals Legendary V4 edit to your Rekindled V3 edit what are the differences not in Legendary other then the Palpatine hints added (which I like the idea of), Leias space walk removal and Rose doesn’t save Finn? 🤔
