It has been brought to my attention that my fix has created some unwanted attention to the fan editing community.
As well, that some users have wanted to report me. Because of that I will not be posting anymore here.

He’s doing a live stream right now about Patreon.
I’m wondering if it would be wise for other fan editors to report him for doing so somehow - as in, whether that would be a good “cover our ass” move, or if it would just put even more of a target on the community’s back…
I don’t think Disney is too aware of the fan editing community, best for them not to be alerted. If it gets worse the mods could lock the thread (so if Disney ever shuts him down OT.com will be unrelated and have proof of not supporting him).
He’s saying he’s doing the Patreon so he can do “re editing” full time…

Well actually, I live in my parents attic for starters. And secondly, why is forum in “quotation marks”? And thirdly, I don’t think making profit from fanediting is a good thing…

Well, that escalated quickly. He wasn’t posting jack in this thread anyway so not like he will be missed.
I was really looking forward to this edit since I think some of his ideas were great and haven’t been done before for this specific movie but, having been an avid reader of this forum and just now signing up, his response to the (valid) concerns some of you guys had as well as some of his recent videos have really turned me off checking this out. I probably will see it when he eventually puts it out but my excitement for this has died down a bit after all this mess.
I’m cautiously optimistic. I like what i’m seeing from the small “fixes” clips and his (Ivan) ideas are grand to say the least. Looking forward to see what becomes of the project.
Had to unsubscribe from his channel though. Too many “content creators” out there that seems to be in business with him, didn’t like where my YT reccomendations got.

I’m also curious to see what the final product will look like, especially due to all of the ambition put into the project. I for one am not crazy about all of his ideas for fixing TLJ (like adding duel of fates to the praetorian guard fight), but some of his other ideas are actually pretty great.
