Yeah, i'd love that too. Would be very neat to add your fantastic english mono track to my Mondo.

Thehutt, could you check if there's not a problem in the scene where they go the unknown grave. It sounds to me like Tuco says un-unknown (next to arch stanton scene), like your copy paste went off a bit. I may be mistaken it might always have been there, but check it out anyway in case you make a 2.0 version :)

Tuco i trying to pronounce unknown and thats why it sounds that way, it's the same in the 5.1 mix.

The 1998 DVD Mono is the same also, that is how it should be.

Is the Mondo disc even available for sale anymore? It has been unavailable on Amazon for a while.

This sounds great. Would love a PM so I could hear the whole thing please.

As I said, I'd prefer the PM thing the other way around. ;)

Fantastic work. Thank you.

I too would love a version of this for the Mondo disc.

If Hutt doesn't object I'd love to begin syncing his 4K mono project to the Mondo disc.

I watched the movie last night with this new track after syncing the flac version to my 2006 DVD (I don't own a BD of this film).

Just want to say thanks to TheHutt, this track sounded amazing! :)

Now what would be the purpose of that? :)

As for synching my mono track to Mondo - I'd rather do it myself.

I'll leave it to you then.  It would be a great english track for the Mondo.  The Mondo is still my preferred go to version when watching!

well.... you used the itialian audio on your reconstruction. since your source was a lossy audio file, i thought using a lossles audio would improve the overall quality, right?

just let me know if you want it and i'll upload it for you :)

Well... I suppose the lossless Italian track would be actually needed for the torture scene. So okay, please upload it. :)

I would love to have this synched up ! It deserves a proper presentation.

Thanks to kk650, a small audio glitch (audio drops for a split second at 02:32:50) was discovered in the mono track. This glitch must have occured during rendering from Vegas, as this was okay in the project itself (and no editing took place at this timecode). Therefore, I suggest I'll re-render and re-encode it, so whoever is disturbed by it can re-download it.

Right on, TheHutt!

I also noticed during the dining scene with Stevens that the sound of the wooden spoon hitting the serving bowl is out-of-sync and drops out briefly when AE releases the spoon.

This is the problematic segment where the early LD is cut so I know it was probably a bit of a challenge to insert the missing sound from another source. As you already know, the 90/93 LD is also cut during the scene where the 3 banditos approach Blondie's room.

I'm happy to provide you with a bit-perfect capture of the 1998 LD PCM mono. The 98 LD is an uncut version of the US/International release.

I'll look into that. Actually, at this spot there is material filled in from the 1998 DVD.

The "3 bandidos" scene was missing from the 1998 release as well, see here, so it is filled with the Extended Edition material.

I also noticed during the dining scene with Stevens that the sound of the wooden spoon hitting the serving bowl is out-of-sync and drops out briefly when AE releases the spoon.

So, I have checked this place. Actually, the sound of the extended edition (from where I took the filling sounds) was just wrong at this location! There you have sounds of the spoon which are just not there and cannot be there.

The Italian mono track which I checked out also, had the proper ambient sounds of cockerel and chewing, but no spoon handling. So I suppose I will have used the Italian track after all for version 1.1! :)

As for the dropped sound bit at 2:32:50 - this has also occured on the re-rendered version from Vegas. So I am rendering it a different way now.
