Hello,
I’m posting this here because I don’t know where else to get information on this fan edit with a response.
As some of you may already know, there is a fan edit by a group called The Godfather Museum called “The Godfather Saga: The Complete Epic Trilogy 1901-1997”. This edit was to contain footage distributed from every known regional home video release and television broadcasts from 1977-2016. Due to illness from the original editor, the project was handed over to another editor on the project then after a few months has not been heard from since.
I’ve tried contacting the editor(s) through email about lending a helping hand for this project but I have not gotten a response back. Looking at the Sources page section of the blog, I can definitely help in capturing each item in HQ as I own a Sony SL-HF 1000 and am on the verge of purchasing a W-VCR along with a whole other devices and enhancement hardware neccesary for capturing each format.
I have nothing but the highest respect and praise for these guy(s) knowledge, passion, and dedication as Godfather fans for attempting such an amazing project in the making and would like to get in contact with them on at least lending a helping hand in creating it if neccasary.
Although it’s been two years since their last update, if I don’t hear from them I will take into consideration about taking on this project myself.
